How do I get my campaign relaunched?

To relaunch your campaign, simply email us accelerate@criteo.com with the budget you would like to relaunch your campaign with, as well as a starting CPC.

We’ll take a look at the Criteo OneTag you have used and product feed to make sure everything is set up correctly.

We’re here to answer any questions or make recommendations to help get your campaign back up and running.
